Bleach for Eczema…

It seems odd to think soaking in a bath of bleach is a good idea, but it might be. Some of those rashes we have can harbor and grow Staphylococcus Aureus and other bacteria and fungus in turn, making the rash worse. Bleach can kill and deter these bacterias and fungus from growing.

I have noticed a huge difference after a quick bleach soak.

Here is the recipe I've used multiple times.

Add ½ cup to a full bath.

Soak for 5-10 minutes.

Rinse with fresh water after (some places say not to rinse, but I always do)

It is safe 2-3 times a week.

Follow with strong moisturizer
